Every year, Tower Hill hosts an agent meeting in Florida to energize, inspire, and hear from their agents; for 2016, they wanted us to help them create an event that bigger, better, and bolder than ever.

Inspired by our interviews with Tower Hill’s founder, we developed a theme around the concept of FIVE. He swears by his five-year plans and the endless things you can achieve in five years. We created a logo, color scheme, messaging, and a strategy for incorporating it through the entire event. We also shot a video invitation, built a landing page, and created, printed, and distributed welcome boxes full of branded items to help attendees enjoy the event even more.
The Tower Hill team loved both the FIVE concept and the execution—and they ran with it. The theme came through loud and clear, from the video invitations to the landing page to the welcome boxes attendees received when they arrived. Extra touches, from throw pillows to ice sculptures, drove it home. FIVE means vision, possibility, solidity and success—everything Tower Hill stands for. The campaign also brought home two Silver ADDY Awards—one for logo design and one for the cross-platform campaign.
